Hideki Matsuyama (born February 25, 1992) is a professional Japanese golfer affiliated with Lexus (Toyota Motor Corporation).

He is the youngest Japanese player to have made the cut at the Masters Tournament, achieving this at the age of 19. As an amateur, he was the first Japanese amateur golfer to earn a spot in the Masters Tournament and won the Low Amateur title (best amateur performance) at the 2011 event.

On the Japan Tour, he became the first rookie to top the money list. He tied the record for most wins by a rookie in a single season with four victories. He also became the fastest player to surpass 200 million yen in annual earnings, doing so in just 16 tournaments.

On the PGA Tour, he holds the records for being the youngest Japanese winner at age 22 and the Asian-born player with the most wins (11 victories). He is also the first Asian to win the Masters Tournament.

He won the bronze medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
